There are several ways VermontLand.com and Vermont Listings LLC can help you sell Vermont land: - List you land for sale in our FEATURED LAND LISTINGS directory. For a one-time fee of $49, we will add photos, a link and a description of your property be it for sale by owner or through another real estate agency.
- List your Land in our FEATURED LAND LISTINGS directory AND in the MLS for a flat annual rate of $249. If it takes longer than a year to sell, the second year is $99
- Hire us as your full-service REAL ESTATE BROKER. As your broker, we will help you price, list, promote, show, negotiate and sell your property. Although we require a non-refundable upfront fee of $500 for this service, we will deduct this amount from our commission if and when your land sells. Your land will also be promoted on VermontLand.com and in the MLS. Please note that we only offer full brokerage services on a case by case basis. If we cannot provide you with the coverage you deserve, we will refer you to another broker.
